What Happens on Installation Day?

A few weeks after your custom closet installation, the big day will be here: You’ll have your new home organization system installed! Up until now, you may have been purging and getting ready for your new custom closet. As it approaches, however, you might wonder exactly what will happen, and how we are going to transform your cluttered space into the closet of your dreams. Here’s the basic process:

• Q: Before Installation Prior to your installation day, we offer a free removal of any old closet organization system that you may have. This means that we will tear it out, arrange for disposal, and patch your wall, all free of charge. You’ll now be able to paint your closet, if you want to, before your new custom closet is installed. As a courtesy to our clients, we can also bring department store clothing racks when we come for this appointment. They will give you a place to store your clothing during your installation, and make it simple to purge your closet.
• Q: On Installation Day On your installation day, we will arrive at your house at the appointed time with a trailer in tow. The reason we bring the trailer is twofold: First, it gives us a place to transport your custom closet where it will be safe from any weather elements that we might encounter. Secondly, we are able to do any necessary trimming and cutting in our trailer in order to minimize any mess and disruption in your home. We install our product efficiently and carefully. Once we’re done, we’ll wipe down your newly installed custom closet. Then we’ll borrow your vacuum cleaner in order to clean up the work area. We want to leave your closet area as clean as -- or cleaner than! -- we found it. Once we’re done, all you will have to do is put your clothing and accessories away!
• Q: After Installation If you have any questions or concerns about your new custom closet system, please feel free to give us a call. Remember that we have a lifetime warranty on all of the wood products; if anything breaks at any time under normal usage, simply give us a call and we’ll be there to make it right.
