We had wanted to put in closet organizers to best utilize the space in our reach-in closets and small walk-in closet, but also didn’t want to spend an extravagant amount on it. They use pretty much the same materials as the other more expensive closet designers and are very easy to communicate with. Used these guys to install a closet organizer, through Costco, so was expecting a big impersonal company. I was pleasantly surprised to find it’s a small company out of chilliwack, Adam was really helpful and friendly and even came to my work to make it easy for me to sign the paperwork. The install was super smooth and the workers were respectful and friendly. The price was significantly less than California closets… and having an organizer in the closet has made much more efficient use of the space. We’ve got a few other closets upstairs we may do, will definitely use these guys!

The service from quotation through final installation, including minor disaster intervention was exemplary. “I would certainly recommend them without reservation…”
The Abbotsford BC Office was recommended to me by a friend who had organisers built and was very satisfied. I agree. Adam followed up promptly, and was always on-time for appointments. I had gotten other quotes, and some interesting suggestions, however, Unique was able to add all of the bells and whistles (OK, wine racks, tie racks and belt racks) that the others do, but at a much better price, and he was able to install several weeks sooner. Shop around, see what’s out there, including cheaper IKEA and Home Depot products, and then get exactly what you want, including a few ideas the others don’t have (my corner curved closet rod makes the walk-in look great)! He has a good eye for what will and won’t work, and can only compensate partly for crooked walls and ceilings. The product is guaranteed for life, and calculating the cost in pennies per day like a quality piece of built in furniture is the best way to approach this investment. It cost about 5 times what I expected, but turned my new condo into a showplace with a space for every thing. I would certainly recommend them without reservation, and would use their services again if I ever move.

I ordered Doors from Lowes which they installed for me as this is not something they normally do. When a door part broke, not their fault, Adam came by and took the part back to the store, purchased another part, at no charge to me, and came back to install it.
